Bakers Dozen II

Delicious displays in French Patisseries were the starting point for this series of three paintings. I bought a box of cakes and pastries and brought them back to my studio. Each piece was painted on an envelope, sent from France to England, like the cakes. The address can still be made out on the envelope, however the cakes mysteriously disappeared just after the paintings were finished...
