The camelia sinensis leaves used to produce this tea are fermented for less time than they would be for the classic Darjeeling teas This method creates the light, fragrant taste of a Himalayan tea with the bakey touch of an Oolong
The perfectly worked leaf is slightly open and twisted. It shows a high content of silvery white tips and has dark, fully fermented leaf edges
Brew using 6 heaped teaspoons of tea to 1 litre of boiling water for 2 - 3 minutes
